Our group of 23 deans has officially moved into the intensive drafting phase of their Strategic Action Plans (SAP), marking a pivotal milestone in the university's current administrative cycle.

Following a period of consultation and analysis, each dean has selected a specialized focus area to anchor their faculty's growth. These plans are designed to bridge the gap between high-level institutional goals and departmental execution, ensuring that every faculty remains competitive and innovative in a rapidly evolving academic landscape.

Core Strategic Pillars

The deans have concentrated their efforts on one of the following key domains, as identified in the recent framework:

  • Human Resources Management: Strengthening talent acquisition and faculty development.
  • University-Industry Cooperation: Expanding commercial partnerships and real-world application.
  • Leadership: Cultivating institutional governance and visionary management.
  • Internationalisation: Enhancing global presence and cross-border academic exchange.
  • Online & Curricular Strategies: Modernizing digital delivery and course architecture.
  • Research Management: Optimizing the infrastructure and funding for scholarly output.
Timeline and Next Steps

The drafting process is currently in full swing, with deans working to align their specific faculty needs with these broader thematic goals.

Important Notice: All initial drafts of the Strategic Action Plans must be submitted for review no later than Monday, February 23, 2026.
