This final phase represents the peak of an intensive training journey designed to empower newly elected Deans and Vice-Deans with the strategic tools necessary for modern university management.

Bridging Strategy and Innovation

- Cross-Cultural Management & Strategy
- Freakonomics in Higher Education
- Networking and Time Management
- Leadership, Gender & Diversity Management
A primary focus will be the reflection and refinement of the participants' Strategic Action Plans (SAPs)—real-world reform projects they have been developing to implement at their home faculties.
The Grand Finale: SAP Poster Session
The highlight of the week will take place on Friday morning, featuring a high-stakes Poster Session. Participants will showcase their SAPs to a jury of peers, alumni, and experts. Recognition will be awarded in three categories:
- "Best Presentation"
- "Most Interesting Topic"
- "Most Feasible Project"
The afternoon will transition into specialized workshops, providing a final space for collaborative problem-solving before the cohort departs on Sunday to lead their respective institutions into the future.
