Championing Latin American Cooperation
While the first half of his professional life was deeply rooted in scientific research, Jesús dedicated his later years to international collaboration, focusing heavily on the scientific development of Latin America. He became a key driving force behind collaborative efforts with the subcontinent. Notably, he served as a dedicated webinar speaker for our International Deans' Course Latin America for 12 editions, spanning from 2012 to 2024.
