From 30 January 2013, External experts from Latinamerica and Europe will provide seven on-line coaching sessions, based on the following topics:

  • Financial Management of Higher Education Institutions
  • University - Industry Cooperation
  • Internationalisation of Higher Education Institutions
  • Quality Management
  • Research Management
  • Human Resources Management
  • Strategic Planning

The videoconferences will take advantage of the Adobe Connect service and the Virtual Classroom will be the Moodle e-learning platform. This mechanism will allow participants to assist to live sessions where the expert will present a topic and they will be able to interact along the whole session.
