The intensive program, which took place in Germany and Spain from September 22nd to October 3rd, is designed to enhance the competencies of rising leaders in higher education administration.
Course Structure and Focus
The training was strategically divided into two distinct 5-day modules across the two European countries. The curriculum was meticulously developed to provide participants with deep knowledge and practical skills across six critical areas of university administration:
- Research Management
